1) Watch Your Time

And “don’t sin by letting anger gain control over you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry for anger gives a mighty foothold to the Devil.
Ephesians 4:26-27 (NLT)

2)  Watch Your Words

Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Ephesians 4:29 (NIV)

3) Watch Your Heart

There must be anger in the Christian life, but it must be the right kind of anger. Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.
Ephesians 4:32 (NLT)

4) Watch Your Actions

Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of malicious behavior.
Ephesians 4:31 (NLT)

Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up  to trouble you, corrupting many.
Hebrews 12:15 (NLT)

Those who control their anger have great understanding; those with a hasty temper will make mistakes.
Proverbs 14:29 (NLT)
