1. STEP ONE RECEIVE THE SPIRIT

I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.

2. STEP TWO BE FILLED WITH THE SPIRIT

Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit.

3. STEP THREE WALK IN THE SPIRIT

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh.
